Mega-Bond fate is sealed. Mega-Bond Seal is a thixotropic material ready for application. It is a water based, non-toxic, non-flammable, UV resistant, anti-bacteria and anti-fungal compound. Mega-Bond Seal dries by forming a highly flexible as well as stretchable film of high tensile strength. Although Mega-Bond Seal is very resistant to water penetration, it is however not to be used in applications where it would remain continuously submerged below ground level. Mega-Bond Seal, being a high fibre content, non-membrane and UV resistant waterproofing product, is ideal for sealing and waterproofing steel sheets and/or any other roof substrate. Filling cracks as well as damp control for walls and structures, and the strengthening of brick structures. It can also be used for sealing of gutters and flat roofs. This wonderful product can also be used as a mortar or a plaster. The Mega-Bond Seal products can easily be over-coated with any decorative paint should this be required. Mega-Bond Seal can also be used as a protective medium for wood and/or metal surfaces.
